Thank you for submitting your self-paced module credit form and evaluation. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for module hours to show up on your transcript due to an increase in submissions. If you resubmit the same certification form multiple times, it may cause the process to take longer. 

Do I need to submit a form for every module I watch? Yes, please submit a separate form for each module.
