Medical Examiner Workshop

Join us in Austin on April 7 - 9, 2024 for an in-depth workshop on inquests and working with a medical examiner. 

Program Overview

Learn about best practices for death investigations and determining cause and manner of death from medical examiners and their staff. This workshop will provide an opportunity for justices of the peace to ask medical terminology questions and learn how to best work with medical examiners and toxicologists during inquest investigations.

Transportation and Parking

Parking at the hotel will be in the hotel parking garage and will be charged to TJCTC. 

A shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the Travis County ME's office due to limited parking.
