Hotel Information

The conference will take place at the Fredericksburg Inn and Suites, located at 201 South Washington, Fredericksburg, TX 78624. TJCTC will pay for parking for overnight and daily guests.

Sunday, June 14th
- 4:00 p.m. - Hotel check-in
  
  You can check-in to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. If you check-in earlier, the hotel can store your luggage until your room is ready.
  Please note: When you arrive to check in, the hotel will require you to put a debit or credit card down for incidentals. After you check out, you will receive a refund for any remaining balance after incidental charges are totaled (if you charge nothing to your room, you will receive a full refund). If you use a debit card, the incidental deposit will be charged to your card immediately, refunds may take a few days depending on your bank. If you use a credit card it will just put a hold on your account until check out. We recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card.

Monday, June 15th
- 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast for Hotel Guests
  
  Breakfast is served for hotel guests in the hotel lobby.
- 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Registration
  
  Registration and the conference will take place in the Barons Creek Conference Center at Fredericksburg Inn and Suites.
  The Conference Center is located on the edge of the parking lot, diagonal from the lobby entrance.
- 9:00 - 12:00 p.m. - Welcome and Panel Discussion
  
  There are no handouts for these sessions.
- 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
  
  A lunch buffet will be served for registered conference attendees in the Cypress Room. This room is located next to the hotel pool.
- 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. - Interacting with Families, Law Enforcement, and Funeral Homes
